PLMA 2027 The Finnish Pavilion Exhibitor booking is now open – register today

Trade fair experts, Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy will organise the Finnish Pavilion at PLMA World of Private Label International Trade Show, RAI Exhibition Centre, Amsterdam, The Netherlands from 25 to 26 May 2027. Finnish food and beverage companies are warmly welcomed to join the National Pavilion.
About PLMA
PLMA World of Private Label International Trade Show 2027 is Europe’s largest trade show dedicated to private label food and beverage products. For more than thirty years, it has brought retailers and manufacturers together to help them discover new products, establish new contacts and explore new ideas that support the success and growth of their private label programmes. In previous years, PLMA Amsterdam has proven to be a highly successful event for Finnish brands and companies.
About the Finnish Pavilion
As before, the Finnish Pavilion will provide a high-quality platform for the exhibitors. The organizers aim to secure an excellent location for the pavilion. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.
Registration

Registration closes on 30 September 2026 or immediately when 20 co-exhibitors have been registered. Please note our cancellation policy: registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The stand package fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. The invoice for the full amount (100%) will be issued well in advance of the event. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. The organisers reserve the right to make changes.

The Fee and what it includes

Price: 10 300 € (excluding VAT) The stand package price includes:
  • Stand area.
  • Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand.
  • Graphic design and production.
  • Two full-size stand partition walls for logos and marketing slogans.
  • Open shelves, a negotiation table and chairs.
  • Showcase vitrine with bottom print.
  • Storage room space for both warm and cold items.
  • Electricity, water, cleaning, a selection of tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation.
  • On-site support.   

Available with additional cost:

  • TV screen.
  • Cold / freezer vitrine.
  • Company-specific devices (air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc.), ordered by the exhibitor for its own use.                                                                            

The applicable value added tax will be added to the price.
Please note that, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs. 

Other payments: The Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) is a non-profit association that promotes the private label industry. PLMA charges all exhibitors a mandatory participation fee. The fee invoiced by the event organiser is estimated at 1 500 € for PLMA members and 2 500 € for non-members. Read more about PLMA membership and the applicable terms and conditions »

Exhibition Explorer funding

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Business Finland offer funding to SMEs with an annual turnover of up to EUR 50 million and mid-cap companies with an annual turnover of up to EUR 300 million to support participation in trade fairs. Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups consisting of at least four SMEs, or at least two SMEs and two mid-cap companies. Please refer to the funding conditions updated on 25 September 2025, available on the Business Finland website.

SMEs and mid-cap companies may be eligible to receive funding of up to 50% for costs related to stand construction, stand rental and mandatory PLMA participation fees. Please note that the funding is discretionary and not guaranteed. Eligibility and approval depend on whether the company meets the applicable funding criteria. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the total cost of the stand package may be reduced to approximately 5 150 € (excluding VAT) per company.

To qualify for funding, at least four eligible applications for the same event must be submitted. The evaluation process begins once the applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland. A company applying for funding must demonstrate a clear ambition to grow and internationalize its business.
