Biofach is the world’s leading trade fair for organic food. Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy will organize the Finnish Pavilion at Biofach, in Nuremberg, Germany from 10 to 13 February 2026. They warmly welcome Finnish food and beverage companies with certified organic products to join the National Pavilion.

About Biofach
Biofach is the world’s leading trade fair for organic food. This fair is the meeting place for organic retailers and major actors in both food service sector and the food industry. Biofach takes place simultaneously with Vivaness trade fair for organic cosmetics. The Biofach fair is also combined with an organic conference that includes seminars and workshops that will help gather more information on the sector. NOTE! All products in Biofach must be certified to the EU Organic Regulation.
About the Finnish Pavilion
As before, the Finnish Country Pavilion will provide a high quality platform for the exhibitors. The Pavilion will be located at hall 6 in an excellent location. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.
Registration

Registration will close on 30 August 2025. Please note our cancellation policy: the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. The organizers reserve the right to changes.

The Fee and what it includes

Price: 13 700 € (not including VAT) The stand package price includes:
  • Stand area.
  • Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand.
  • Graphic design and production.
  • Two full size stand partition walls for logo and marketing slogans.
  • Open shelves, negotiation table and chairs.
  • Showcase vitrine with bottom print.
  • Storage room space for warm and cold items.
  • Electricity, water, cleaning, some tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation.
  • On-site support.   

 

Possible with additional cost:

  • TV screen
  • Cold / freezer vitrine
  • Company-specific devices will be invoiced separately, such as LCD screens, air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc., ordered by the exhibitor for its own use.                                                                                 

The current value added tax will be added to the price. Please note, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs.

Exhibition Explorer funding

Business Finland offers funding for SME’s (turnover up to 50 Mio. €) and MIDCAP enterprises (turnover up to 300 Mio. €) for exhibitions. Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups of at least four SMEs or at least 2 SME’s and 2 MIDCAP enterprises. Check the 1.1.2025 updated conditions for the granting of financing on Business Finland’s website.

SME’s and MIDCAP enterprises may receive support for 50 % of the costs related to stand construction and stand rental. Please note, the funding is discretionary. Whether a company receive the grant depends on if the conditions of the funding are met. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the stand package fee can be only 6850 € for SME’s and MIDCAP companies.

To receive funding, at least four eligible applications to the same event are required. Companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business. The evaluation process of the applications starts when four applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland.
