BIOFACH 2027 The Finnish Pavilion Exhibitor booking is now open - register today

Internationally recognized trade fair experts, Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy will organise the Finnish Pavilion at INTERNORGA, Hamburg Messe & Congress, Germany from 12 to 16 March 2027. Finnish food and beverage companies are warmly invited to join the National Pavilion.

About INTERNORGA

INTERNORGA is the leading international trade fair for the hotel, restaurant, bakery and confectionery sectors. Held annually in the vibrant metropolis of Hamburg, it serves as a key meeting place for professionals across these industries. National and international exhibitors will present their products, trends and innovations to trade visitors from across the foodservice and hospitality market. This is the place to be if your company is targeting the Central European foodservice market. As a special bonus, the Finnish Food Export Association SUVI will invite selected German buyers and importers to visit the Finnish Pavilion.

About the Finnish Pavilion

As before, the Finnish Country Pavilion will provide a high-quality platform for the exhibitors. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.

Registration

Registration closes on 28 August 2026. Please note the cancellation policy: the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The stand package fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. The organizers reserve the right to make changes.

The Fee and what it includes

Price: 10 800 € (excluding VAT) The stand package price includes:

Stand area
Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand.
Graphic design and production.
Two full-size stand partition walls for logos and marketing slogans.
Open shelves, a negotiation table and chairs.
Showcase vitrine with bottom print.
Storage room space for both warm and cold items.
Electricity, water, cleaning, a selection of tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation.
On-site support.

Available with additional cost:

TV screen.
Cold / freezer vitrine.
Company-specific devices (air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc.), ordered by the exhibitor for its own use.

The applicable value-added tax (VAT) will be added to the price.
Please note that, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs.

Exhibition Explorer funding

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Business Finland offer funding for SME’s (turnover up to 50 million €) and MIDCAP enterprises (turnover up to 300 million €) for participating in exhibitions. Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups of at least four SMEs or at least two SME’s and two MIDCAP enterprises. Please check the 25.9.2025 updated conditions for the granting of financing on Business Finland website.

SME’s and MIDCAP enterprises may receive support up to 50 % funding for costs related to stand construction, stand rental and mandatory FOODEX participation fees. Please note, the funding is discretionary and not guaranteed. Eligibility and approval depend on whether the company meets the funding criteria. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the total cost of stand package may be reduced to approximately 5 400 € per company.

To qualify for funding, at least four eligible applications for the same event must be submitted. The evaluation process begins once the applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland. A company applying for funding must demonstrate a clear ambition to grow and internationalize its business.
