BIOFACH 2027 The Finnish Pavilion Exhibitor booking is now open - register today

Internationally recognized trade fair experts, Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy will organise the Finnish Pavilion at Biofach, Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, Germany from 16 to 19 February 2027. Finnish food and beverage companies with certified organic products are warmly invited to join the National Pavilion.

About Biofach

Biofach is the world’s leading trade fair for organic food and a key meeting place for organic retailers, food service professionals, and major players in the food industry. The fair is accompanied by conferences and seminars that provide valuable insights and up-to-date information on developments in the organic market. Please note: All products exhibited at the fair must be certified in accordance with the EU Organic Regulation.

About the Finnish Pavilion

As before, the Finnish Country Pavilion will provide a high-quality platform for the exhibitors. The Pavilion will be located at hall 6 in an excellent location. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.

Registration

Registration closes on 21 August 2026. Please note the cancellation policy: registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The stand package fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. The invoice (100%) will be issued 3 months prior to the event in the end of year 2026. The fee is non-refundable if the exhibitor withdraws from participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. The organizers reserve the right to make changes.

The Fee and what it includes

Price: 9 800 € (excluding VAT) The stand package price includes:

Stand area
Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand.
Graphic design and production.
Two full-size stand partition walls for logos and marketing slogans.
Open shelves, a negotiation table and chairs.
Showcase vitrine with bottom print.
Storage room space for both warm and cold items.
Electricity, water, cleaning, a selection of tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation.
On-site support.

Available with additional cost:

TV screen.
Cold / freezer vitrine.
Company-specific devices (air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc), ordered by the exhibitor for its own use.

The applicable value-added tax (VAT) will be added to the price.
Please note that, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs.

Exhibition Explorer funding

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Business Finland offer funding for SME’s (turnover up to 50 million €) and MIDCAP enterprises (turnover up to 300 million €) for participating in exhibitions. Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups of at least four SMEs or at least two SME’s and two MIDCAP enterprises. Please check the 25.9.2025 updated conditions for the granting of financing on Business Finland website.

SME’s and MIDCAP enterprises may receive support up to 50 % funding for costs related to stand construction, stand rental and mandatory Biofach participation fees. Please note, the funding is discretionary and not guaranteed. Eligibility and approval depend on whether the company meets the funding criteria. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the total cost of stand package may be reduced to approximately 4900 € per company.

To qualify for funding, at least four eligible applications for the same event must be submitted. The evaluation process begins once the applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland. A company applying for funding must demonstrate a clear ambition to grow and internationalize its business.
