About the Finnish Pavilion
Registration
The registration will close on 31 October 2025. Please note our cancellation policy: the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The participation fee will be invoiced after the registration and it will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. The minimum number of participants to implement the National Pavilion is at least five exhibitors. The organizers reserve the right to changes.
The Fee and what it includes
Price: 9 900 €
1/2 space: 4 000 €
(not including VAT)
The stand package price 9 900 € includes:
- Stand area
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand
- Graphic design and production
- Two full size stand partition walls for logo and marketing slogans
- Open shelves, negotiation table and chairs
- Showcase vitrine with bottom print
- Storage room space for warm and cold items
- Electricity, water, cleaning, some tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation
- On-site support
Possible with additional cost:
- TV screen
- Cold / freezer vitrine
- Company-specific devices ordered by the exhibitor for its own use will be invoiced separately (LCD screens, air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc.)
The current value added tax will be added to the price.
Please note, the price does not include freight or travel costs. Any mandatory or voluntary marketing packages sold by the FOODEX trade fair organization are not included in the price of the booth space.
