About the Finnish Pavilion
Registration
The registration will close on 17 October 2025 or immediately when 20 co-exhibitors have been registered. Please note our cancellation policy: the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The participation fee will be invoiced in two payments. The first invoice 50 % of the price will be sent after the company’s registration to the event. The second invoice 50 % of the price will be sent before the event in May 2026. The participation fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. We reserve the right to changes.
The Fee and what it includes
Price: 13 800 € (not including VAT)
The stand package price includes:
- Stand area
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand
- Graphic design and production
- Two full size stand partition walls for logo and marketing slogans
- Open shelves, negotiation table and chairs
- Showcase vitrine with bottom print
- Storage room space for warm and cold items
- Electricity, water, cleaning, some tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation
- On-site support
Possible with additional cost:
- TV screen
- Cold / freezer vitrine
- Company-specific devices ordered by the exhibitor for its own use will be invoiced separately (LCD screens, air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc.)
The current value added tax will be added to the price. Please note, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs.
Other payments: The Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) is a non-profit association to promote the private label industry. The PLMA charges all exhibitors a mandatory participation fee. If the exhibitor is a member of the PLMA, the mandatory participation fee invoiced by the fair organization is 1500 euros. For non-members, the participation fee is 2500 euros. It is recommended that exhibitors join PLMA as members. PLMA will be unable to confirm participation in the show until it receives a duly completed and signed application to exhibit, accompanied by a membership application (for new members) and annual membership dues payment.
