SIAL PARIS 2024 The Finnish Country Pavilion booking for exhibitors is closed

Internationally recognized trade fair experts, Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy will organize the Finnish Country Pavilion at SIAL Paris, Parc des Expositions de Paris- Nord VIllepinte, France from 19 to 23 October 2024. They warmly welcome Finnish food and beverage companies to join the National Pavilion.
About SIAL

For 60 years, SIAL Paris has been welcoming a melting pot of industry players to the French capital to share their savoir-faire and create the recipes of the future. Today, the biennial attracts exhibitors and visitors from over 200 countries and is a flagship event in the worldwide food calendar. SIAL Paris has been a great success for Finnish brands and companies in
previous years.

About the Finnish Pavilion
As before, the Finnish Country Pavilion will provide a high-quality platform for the exhibitors. The organizers also aim to secure an excellent location for the pavilion. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.
Registration

The registration will close on 26 January 2024. Please note our cancellation policy: the
registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The stand package fee
will be invoiced in two equal installments. The first invoice (50 %) will be sent after the
registration to the event. The second invoice (50 %) will be sent prior to the event in
summer 2024. The fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from
participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration.
Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. We reserve
the right to changes.

The Fee and what it includes

Price: 14 800 € (not including VAT).
The stand package price includes:

  • Stand area.
  • Mandatory 1260 € co-exhibitor fee.
  • Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand.
  • Graphic design and production.
  • Two full size stand partition walls for logo and marketing slogans.
  • Open shelves, negotiation table and chairs.
  • Showcase vitrine with bottom print.
  • Storage room space for warm and cold items.
  • Electricity, water, cleaning, some tasting cups and some dishes for product
    presentation.
  • On-site support
  • Cold / freezer vitrine possible with additional cost.
  • If needed, interpreters with an additional cost
  • TV screen possible with additional cost.
  • Company-specific devices will be invoiced separately, such as LCD screens,
    air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc., ordered by the exhibitor for its own
    use.

Please note, the price does not include freight or travel costs.
The current value added tax will be added to the price.

Exhibition Explorer funding

Business Finland offers funding for SME’s (turnover up to 50 Mio. €) and MIDCAP enterprises (turnover up to 300 Mio. €) for exhibitions.  Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups of at least four SMEs or at least 2 SME’s and 2 MIDCAP
enterprises.

SME’s and MIDCAP enterprises may receive support for 50 % of the costs related to stand construction and stand rental. Please note, the funding is discretionary. Whether a company receive the grant depends on if the conditions of the funding are met. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the stand package fee can be only 7400 euros for SME’s and MIDCAP companies.

To receive funding, at least four eligible applications to the same event are required. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business. The evaluation process of the applications starts when four applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland.
