Internationally recognized trade fair experts, Messeforum Oy and Fennopromo Oy will organize the Finnish Country Pavilion at PLMA, RAI Exhibition Centre, Amsterdam, The Netherlands from 28 to 29 May 2024.
About PLMA
PLMA Amsterdam is the Europe’s largest trade show dedicated to private label food and drink. For more than thirty years, it has brought retailers together with manufacturers to help them find new products, make new contacts, and discover new ideas that will help their private label programs succeed and grow. PLMA has been a great success for Finnish brands and companies in previous years.
About the Finnish Pavilion
As before, the Finnish Country Pavilion will provide a high quality platform for the exhibitors. The organizers also aim to secure an excellent location for the pavilion. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.
Registration
The registration for the Finnish pavilion is closed. Exhibiting companies: please note our cancellation policy: the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. The stand package fee will be invoiced in two equal installments. The first invoice (50 %) will be sent after the registration to the event. The second invoice (50 %) will be sent prior to the event in spring 2024. The fee will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. The stand package fee and what it includes
Price: 12 900€ (not including VAT) The stand package includes:
Stand area.
Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand.
Graphic design and production.
Two full size stand partition walls for logo and marketing slogans.
Open shelves, negotiation table and chairs.
Showcase vitrine with bottom print.
Storage room space for warm and cold items.
Electricity, water, cleaning, some tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation.
Cold / freezer vitrine possible with additional cost.
TV screen possible with additional cost.
Company-specific devices will be invoiced separately, such as LCD screens, air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc., ordered by the exhibitor for its own use.
Please note, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs.
Other payments: The PLMA fair organization charges all exhibitors a mandatory participation fee. It is recommended that exhibitors join PLMA as members. The mandatory participation fee for members invoiced by the fair organization is 1500 euros. For non-members, the participation fee is 2500 euros. PLMA will be unable to confirm participation in the show until it receives a duly completed and signed application to exhibit, accompanied by a membership application (for new members) and annual membership dues payment. Exhibition Explorer funding
Business Finland offers funding for SME’s (turnover up to 50 Mio. €) and MIDCAP enterprises (turnover up to 300 Mio. €) for exhibitions. Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups of at least four SMEs or at least 2 SME’s and 2 MIDCAP enterprises.
SME’s may receive support for 50 % and MIDCAP enterprises 40 % of the costs related to stand construction, stand rental and transport costs. Funding is discretionary. Whether a company receive the grant depends on if the conditions of the funding are met. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the stand package expenses can be only 6450 Euros for SME’s and 7740 Euros for MIDCAP companies.
To receive funding, at least four eligible applications to the same event are required. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business. The evaluation process of the applications
starts when four applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland.
