About the FREE FROM EXPO
Free From & Specialty Food is Europe’s leading retail trade show, and the perfect spot for food and ingredients exporters to indulge in the world of natural, organic, healthy, sustainable, and premium food. The increasing consumer demand for healthier, free-from, vegan, plant-based, and supplement foods on the retail shelves makes this show an attractive opportunity for participation.
About Finnish Pavilion
As before, the Finnish Country Pavilion will provide a high quality platform for the exhibitors. The organizers also aim to secure an excellent location for the pavilion. Exhibitor spaces will be allocated in order of registration.
Registration
The registration will close on 28 February 2025. Please note our cancellation policy: the registration is binding and cannot be cancelled by the exhibitor. However, if less than 4 participants have registered before the registration closes, event will be cancelled. The participation fee will be invoiced after the registration closes and it will not be refunded should the exhibitor withdraw from participation. Please find attached: Appendix 1: Terms & Conditions for registration. Appendix 2: Conditions of Contract for Exhibition Attendance Packages. We reserve the right to changes.
The Fee and what it includes
Price: 13 800 € (not including VAT)
PLEASE NOTE! Price for ½ stand: 8.000 € (not including VAT)
The stand package includes:
- Stand area
- Mandatory pavilion organizer fees (Co-exhibitor fee and other Free From organization support fees) 1.550€
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the stand
- Graphic design and production
- Two full size stand partition walls for logo and marketing slogans
- Open shelves, negotiation table and chairs
- Showcase vitrine with bottom print
- Storage room space for warm and cold items
- Electricity, water, cleaning, some tasting cups and some dishes for product presentation
Possible with additional cost:
- TV screen
- Cold / freezer vitrine
- Company-specific devices will be invoiced separately, such as LCD screens, air fryers, microwaves, hot plates, etc., ordered by the exhibitor for its own use.
Please note, the stand package price does not include freight or travel costs. Any other mandatory or voluntary marketing packages sold by the FREE FROM trade fair organization are not included in the price of the booth space.
Exhibition Explorer funding
Business Finland offers funding for SME’s (turnover up to 50 Mio. €) and MIDCAP enterprises (turnover up to 300 Mio. €) for exhibitions. Exhibition Explorer grants are awarded to groups of at least four SMEs or at least 2 SME’s and 2 MIDCAP enterprises.
SME’s and MIDCAP enterprises may receive support for 50 % of the costs related to stand construction and stand rental. Funding is discretionary. Whether a company receive the grant depends on if the conditions of the funding are met. If the Exhibition Explorer grant is awarded to a company, the stand package fee can be only 6900 Euros (4000 Euros for ½ stand) for SME’s and MIDCAP companies (not including VAT).
To receive funding, at least four eligible applications to the same event are required. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business. The evaluation process of the applications starts when four applications have been submitted to and received by Business Finland.
